This service is sometimes called a Twitter Digg because it uses similar site concept.  Users can submit other users tweets they find interesting.
Twittelicious is counting number of votes for specific tweet and providing lists of most popular tweets.
Of course some people find stupid thing interesting (and they do have followers ) but [...]
